Happy 2nd Birthday Amna!

Dearest Amna,

It has been a year since your last birthday. It also has been a year since my last post. Ummi is now heavily pregnant with your sister, that you called adik Oycha.

On your birthday, Ummi baked you a very simple chocolate cake. And three of us went to Aquaria KLCC to see fish!! I know you love fish, sayang!

Your favorite aquarium at Aquaria, Finding Nemo! As you have watched Finding Nemo over and over again :)

Amna is 10 months

Happy 10 months young, baby girl. 

I love you. More than I love myself.

I think in a month or two you'd be walking already.

Now you are super pro in crawling. Pandai tepuk tangan. Pandai bye bye. Pandai tolak tangan keluar dari lengan baju.

This morning I woke up and after getting myself ready for work I spent 5 minutes cutting your nail. I observed you foot, your toe nail. They are small. They are too cute. There's no word to express the feeling I feel. Of how much I adore you.

Sigh. I am an obsessed mother, baby girl. Hahaha

Amna is 9 months!

And her progress so far is she can stand up by her own in a few seconds, and Ummi and Ayah will applause for her achievement.

Crawling dah pro.

Starting to learn to imitate Ummi and Ayah's action. Kalau tepuk bantal, Amna pun ikut tepuk bantal.

Hugssssss. Sayang kamu, Amna!

Amna's 7 and a half month

At 7 months old you are able to

1. Sit without support
2. Crawl
3. Stand up holding on to something

I am so proud of you. And do you know how much I love you? Yea yea I'd probably had told you thousandth times already. But I really do.

Amna is 6 months young: Our hearts are 'swollen' with love

Your first time eating apple

Hi Amna,

You are now 6 months young. According to the doctors, it is now safe for you to try solid food. Your first food was banana, which you don't really like. The second one was apple puree, and boy did you love it!

And for your 6 months celebration Ummi bought you a high chair! I hope you'd love it. Ayah yang pilih.

But honestly I don't think you are ready for the high chair. You are still not able to sit by yourself so whenever we put you in the high chair, you tends to knock your forehead against the highchair table. Cepat-cepat pandai duduk ok, sweetie?

We bought your high chair during a warehouse sale. There was lotsa babies item and one of them is the cot ayah put you into.

That was aunty Zira and uncle Duwe at the back, buying a travel system for their unborn baby.

As of to date, Ummi had feed you with sweet potato, sweet potato with broccoli, carrots, pear, avocado. Tunggu 8 months baru Ummi kasi brown rice porridge okay.

I love you, Amna. You filled Ummi and Ayah's heart with love. Our hearts are 'swollen' with love. ;)

Happy 5 months young, baby!

You turned 5 months old / young today. Ummi couldn't be happier. I cherished every moment I spent with you.

Amna 2 days old

This is you when you were 2 days old.

Ummi masih ingat momen ini, bila ayah selak langsir, and you went kerut-kerut muka sebab silau.

Ummi and ayah were so bored during the 2nd day at the hospital; waiting and waiting to be discharged.

Did I say we love you? Cause we truly do.
